Communication is an understanding in presenting information to audiences - whether that information needs to be relayed by visuals or writing, both are vital in helping me process effective deliverables. Below are various newsletters and emails I wrote on behalf of our marketing and executives of a major Airline client. The audience was Storekeepers around the world and the goal was to spread a positive marketing message that relayed important project updates.

A newsletter highlighting the Storekeepers preparing for Go-Live. I developed questions and interviewed each person one-on-one.
